RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

• Items may be returned for any reason within 10 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and unworn and have all original tags and labels attached.
• Please email us before posting to let us know you intend to return an item.
• Please enclose the dispatch note with the returning item which states your name, address, the item description & write on the reason for return.
• Refunds are made for the original purchase price only.
• The initial postage charge and cost of returning the item to us is not refundable unless the reason for return is attributable to us, which does not include items that do not fit.
• When returning items please obtain a certificate of posting from your PO to insure the item as responsibility for lost returning parcels is that of the buyer.
